Introducing our Company

For the past ten years, our firm has performed comprehensive construction defects litigation support services for more than 5,000 single-family homes in more than 100 separate projects.  Projects have ranged in size from 10 to almost 300 homes.  We have also conducted destructive testing and made repair recommendations on several multi-story condominiums and apartments involving hundreds of units and multi-million dollar repair budgets.

We have provided planning, coordination, budgeting, bidding, and supervision CM services on condominiums, apartments and commercial buildings for construction repairs.

Our superintendents are each individually qualified by their work history and having obtained their personal contractor’s licenses.  They have all been with us continuously from three to seven years.

We regularly perform CM services for litigation destructive testing, including occupant scheduling, engineering, contractor coordination, supervision, mold testing and mold abatement protocols.

In a recent year, our firm produced repair cost estimates on 19 separate residential projects covering 1,135 dwelling units.  Repair estimates totaled over $95,000,000.  We also managed 35 destructive testing programs.

Estimating and scheduling are all done in-house.
